Nylon-6 Film-use Resin
The
nylon-6 film-use resin developed and made by Qunfa Co. is a high performance
nano-technology product, and features the following advantages compared with
conventional nylon-6 film-use resin:

Strength as
well as other properties greatly increased, thus the requirements on both
viscosity of resin and processing needn’t be as high as normally, while the
film’s properties can be well improved;

The oxygen
blocking ability is greatly improved, thus making the shelf life of goods
packed much longer. As far as the oxygen blocking ability is concerned, this
resin can be used instead of EVOH and PVDC, etc.;
l
This resin can
not only produce high-performance film, but also be beneficial to nucleation,
clarity and lubrication, and therefore relevant additives in processing can be
reduced or needn’t be added, to further decrease costs;
l This resin has narrow viscosity range, and thus is in the interest of film processing.
