Rubber Vulcanization Accelerator TBSI

Chemical name: n-tert-butyl-2-bibenzothiazole sulfenamide

Molecular weight: 403.61

As a primary amine accelerator, TBSI has excellent comprehensive properties such as good scorching resistance ability and stable vulcanization speed. It can replace ordinary sulfenamide-type accelerator which contains secondary amine group such as NOBS, DIB, and DZ, etc. No nitrosamine produces using TBSI in vulcanization. With comprehensive properties equal to NS, and scorching-resitance ability superior to NS, TBSI is the best choice for environment-friendly tyres.
