The Third Monomer of Polyester ( SIPM & SIPE )

Chemical Name: dimethyl-5-sodiosulfoiso phthalate (SIPM)
  5-sodiumsulfo bis-isophthalate (SIPE)

The Third Monomer of Polyester is mainly used in the synthesis of polyester as the third monomer, which can improve processing and dyeing ability of polyester. It can also be used as the catalyst in organic synthesis, macromolecular synthesis, and fine chemistry. 5-sodiumsulfo Bis-isophthalate (SIPE) is the solution of SIPM with 40% EG. Comparing with SIPM, which is added at the synthesis of polyester as the third monomer, SIPE produces little methanol, which can reduce production costs and industrial pollution.
