The company has set up Planning Department, Marketing Department, Research Institute, and Engineering Department, responsible for the future development of the company. The usual procedure is: collecting related information, then determining a project, and implementing experiments, followed by engineering, till commissioning.

And now the new products in developing and new projects undertaken are as follows:

Carry out the R & D of nano-modified nylon-6 cord fabric in cooperation with Chinese Academy of Science, which is listed in national "863" plan;

The project of expansion to 10,000 t/a of high modulus low shrinkage (HMLS) polyester cord fabric, involving twisting, weaving, and dipping;

Expansion to 1,000 t/a of the fire retardant CPPA used for polyester by the self-developed technology;

R & D and design of 3,000 t/a resorcinol by oxidation of m-diisopropylbenzene.
